OP says he just has knowledge about Raiden which is pretty vague. If he's meant to know about things like the HF sword and its extended reach that should probably be noted specifically in the OP to avoid confusion.

I already specified Toji's knowledge about Raiden, and he has time to prepare with the knowledge he has.

There is literally nothing Toji can do to prepare for Raiden Stealth killing him or just Skill stomping him.

I dare say that Toji could track Raiden with his senses, which according to his profile are sufficient to detect human smells and footprints. They also match Maki's, who can identify thermal changes and air density.

He also has Celestial Restriction information analysis, which supposedly extends his sensory range far beyond the natural range of his body to feel through his surroundings. Perhaps this could help anticipate Raiden's stealth mastery.
