Stupid rules

There must be a category for characters Tier 8-C and up called "Powerful Characters" and a category for characters 9-A and below called "Weak Characters" -:^

Any character who has no known true power must have a "True Power" key that's one tier higher. Therefore Saitama has a 5-A key for his "True Power".
 
Any character who has three words in their name, is blue, has red shoes, has S in their name, is an anthpramorphic animal, is best known for being fast, had a game on the genesis, is the video game version of the character and has "The" in their name must have their four best feats nullified.

Any time a verse says "infinite" they are considered At least Low 2-C, possibly 0 due to WoG statements of infinity.
