Stupid rules

Mentioning any Winx Club upgrade at all under any circumstances ever gets you banned for 1 year. Second offense will result in an Infinite ban. Third offense (and subsequent) results in an Immeasurable ban. Courtesy of a certain tier 0 on here...

Once I finally got off my lazy butt and write a respect thread for Wanda and Cosmo, they'd probably be more haxed.

Characters with 4th Wall Awareness and Mind Manipulation or similar powers must be ranked Tier 0 for they can freely rewrite their own verse.
 
Downgrading "my" verses shall become strictly against the rules and all who challenge my authority shall be banished to the cornfield.

Feats in anime produced past 1999 that isn't Digimon, Pokemon, Soul Eater, Doraemon or Moomin specials shall not be considered and every moe anime shall be 10-C.
