After Saitama defeated Cosmic Garou Empty Void appeared and absorbed all his divine power. So present day Empty Void is Cosmic Garou + Empty Void from 15 years ago.
And he casually sliced apart Blast’s attack and created a really starry sky from the looks of it and than grabbed it. Edit: Forgot he was already in space so he actually just grabbed space and warped it not creating it.
Edit: Also hold up seems like Blast mentioned something about higher dimensions this chapter when talking about God.

@ImposingTiger Probably not. Garou only copied Casual Saitama at this point in time. So at most he’s at Casual Saitama’s lvl. And Garou himself believed that Serious Saitama is more of a threat than Blast remember.

Apparently when Garou appeared Blast used his black hole to mitigate the damage caused by Garou’s radiation on Earth by absorbing it with his black hole the entire time. So the radiation that pretty much kills people nigh instantly is actually only a small portion of Cosmic Garou’s true radiation.
