Strongest Character for Every Tier 27

Ok I have returned. Merlin's type 9 cannot bypassed by anyone else in his tier for 6-C, so at best people stalemate him. I can make a match with him against the raining champion after I make an upgrade thread for more of his hax

Merlin can just be incapped, no need to affect his self in Avalon

Also he's only 6-C via a single attack, so he wouldn't classify for the spot anyway

That holy sword is his primary means of attack. He has numerous techniques with it. If you engage him in a fight, he is almost as likely to draw a sword against you as he is to cast spells in your face

But if this is true, he seems nigh-impossible to take down without some higher dimensional stuff.
 
Exactly lol. He literally stalled out Gorgon and Tiamat through troll tactics like this. He entered ones dream and just kept coming back against the other

His holy sword is only 6-C via it's blast

Very potent Powernull and Nonexistence erasure to my knowledge (though I don't know if the latter is only in his Low 2-C key).
