Based on WoG? Nothing in the verse backs it up, and the writers use the term "world" loosley. It sometimes means planets and sometime's means parallel worlds. So "At least 2-C" is perfect for the god tiers.

We've never seen him fight in his 2-C key though. He got his heart back and said "Being near my heart again is making me feel.... well, it's making me... feel" and became a good guy, heccc. Anyway, who is Venca competiton for 2-C?

Magnus is getting some abilities added, though idk how much it'll matter.
 
I have no idea what powers does the Elder Scrolls Chara has in Low 2-C but most likely seems to be a stomp in it's favor seeing the shit he has

Also, doesn't Magnus have Type 5 Acausality and reliant on 1-A plus having OP mindhax and stuff? So he should likely take it against Vecna.
 
That is not what type 5 means though. Orphaned of any context it doesn't really mean anything at all.
 
Reinhard having 1-A stuff restricted would just mean LLT not having 1-A stuff. He can still use the spear

By the way Machina EE can erase Methuselah, conceptual being representing darkness itself and all things related to it (death, diseases, war, ect). Methuselah is darkness itself and has mystery constituing his existence. Mystery of a single night requires AP capable of destroying half of planet itself and Methuselah is composed of all nights, from beginning of universe to his death. He also accumulated the nights from Mercurius time loops which counts in the millions and millions of loops.

And destroying Methuselah requires wiping out these mysteries in an instant. Machina can do that and LLT has Machina erasure. And the stuff i said about time loops and mystery? Same thing for Meth mindhax (that's why he has one of the strongest 3-D mindhaxes here) whichReinhard shrugged off. And oh LLT passive mindhax = Meth as Ik Reinhard but 4-A Reinhard is immensely superior

If you wanna talk about a verse and its characters, make sure to know what you're exactly talking about instead of saying nonsense
 
Pel might be in the running for strongest High 4-C as of yet, as it seems his range is probably off.
