No "observation" is not passive IIRC, which is why he always "gets slapped a few times" before winning a battle (always).

He trashed the plus 6 and class 13 all at once and 1 of them took a hit from Kurokami Phantom and was still in good shape to fight.

The plus 6 were taken on by the looser team, and Medaka never used a transformation against any of them.

And the Kurokami Phantom isn't a transformation either, just a form of intangibility.

Kurokami Phantom is an attack at the speed of sound (i think, it may be higher) and Medaka's strongest hit IIRC.

Its basically a hax loop, where one character hax stomps but the stomped character shouldve logically not been beaten via ABC logic
