I was not really questioning that but i was asking why is Reinhard allowed to fight some in tier 5-B if he has in Warren Valion own words (You do know that Reinhard has a shit-ton of 1-A stuff in his 5-B form, right?)

Well Medaka's 8-B < Kumagawa's 8-B since it's still her fodder arcs. About Dio instant bookmaker would do the job as would all fiction (which is faster than instant in activation by our rules). Funny Valentine...ain't that haxxed.

its actually pretty simple. His spear can harm Mercerius. We originally thought it was hax, turns out it also has a DC factor
