Depends actually.

In thought based fights reactions speed can blitz (haxxed fighters). Though it depends on whether it's a reflex (which doesn't require brain process) or an act that requires brain processing.
 
It should scale to combat speed tho, since Nadakhan fought off the nindroids in his feat as well

Not that it matters since all it means is that he isn't getting blitzed himself either way
 
Lucifer has range issues on the passive. Didn't accel lose to power null? I don't remember the specifics, but Custodes have done that sort of thing before with their probability manip.
 
Custodes also have potentially FTL combat speed and reactions for unequal. They're probably not the strongest High 6-C though.
 
A custode, or one of the above guys?
 
Weren't the two main contenders there White Face and Magnus? Put him against those two.
 
Because fast power null and pseudo high godly iirc.

10/10 logic there. And what Woki said. Hard to kill in a short fight and usually starts by turning the opponent into a vegetable. And since almost no one resists it...

Also did we ever get an answer as to how Mind/soul hax works on Nonexistent opponent? Because that might take care of this problem.
 
If you're wondering about Magnus, Warp entity Magnus shouldn't have any issue hitting nonexistent considering what the Warp is.
 
Welp he still has it...as long as it's not finished his 2-A mindhax is still applicable. So him for 10-B and 9-C then? (possibly 8-A speed equal too, while oracle is strong i see no way for him to bypass 2-A mindhax on eye contact).

TBF that was a vastly weaker version of the character who was a Glass cannon

Though I don't think Cole's abilities can really hit him unless passive Erasure doesn't allow you to erase attacks.
 
Well it erases anything that comes close to Sirzechs (even energy). About Accelerator, i don't think in character Sirzechs can take it, only bloodlusted version (maybe via mindhax or sth).

Well just passive erasure on bloodlusted will still win. Though this is in character so....RIP. Though Ajuka still takes High 6-C spot, ppl said it was ok to add banned people in there. Waiting for Peter to come back to add it.
 
Against Ajuka? Doubt it. High 6-C powers should be ez meal for Kankara Formula, but it's not like we can make them fight so...maybe add both of them?
 
Zam's mindhax should be above Ajuka's resistance.

That being said, I'm not too sure if Mega Alakazam is the strongest High 6-C Pokemon. He has a match against Gengar rn, who's another contender for that spot
