If you have History EE which can neg Aca 1, you can indrectly neg Fear Zeus by deleting the chain of causality that lead to the creation of Fear Zeus thus indirectly delete Fear Zeus. No, it is about interaction, Info 2 can't interact with Concept, and vice versa. Fear Zeus and Primordial exist as Pure Concept so Info 2 can't interact with them, and in turn they can't interact with Info 2
