Eh... Hiryu's stats being superior is debatable.
Raiden's faster and the Murasama will ruin Hiryu's day if he lands a hit. I gotta go with Raiden on this one.

Strider might have city level durability so not seeing how Raiden one-shots.

Strider has Moon Level durability actually. In Strider 2, Strider survived the 3rd moon blowing up. A moon blowing up!Hyperception said:

That comes from a non-canon game Hiryu never even appears in (the main character of Strider Returns Journey From The Darkness is Strider Hinjo rather than Hiryu) and since the continuity is seperate from Strider 2's, it's iffy at best to argue Meio survived his ship's destruction when there is no proof to support this argument: http://youtu.be/sidizqN7TzE?t=706
The best feat in that game is Strider Hinjo vapourizing the substitute Gravity Core so once again it would be a massive outlier

As I explained in the Hiryu page's comments, neither of these are correct. It's getting tiring to see Hiryu wanked with out of context information.
I was the one who did all the Strider calcs on the OBD, and I have played all of the Strider games and even got the 2014 Strider sequel on day 1 as well as read what was available of the manga, Strider is one of my favourite series' but good lord does it get wanked.

Strider is more versitile than Raiden, and has kept up with way faster opponents. Their blades will mostlikely clash, which will end with the Cypher cutting Raiden's sword. The Cypher is plasma, plasma is better than metal. Raiden will be left defenceless. Strider wins
