Does anybody else remember this cartoon? Thought it would fit very well. The verse itself though isn't very strong with top tiers being around maybe montain levels or so (when main villians made Terra Cyclonia - basically a mountain with a city in it - fly), it can be very surprisive through the use of crystals (invisibility, sending people to oblivion, etc.). Speed maybe could be hard to measure, but I suppopse it must be below Hypersonic, as it was an achievement to make a suborbital flight on an earth-like planet.
