Stewie Griffin Upgrades?

Add the ability to turn the flow of time backwards on his abilties list is literally all I can think of.

Okay you should specify it's limited to reversing the flow of time so people don't think he can just do anything with it.

A few things:
1. In response to Ant's comment, is there a reason why Stewie cannot have the abilities he obtained when the Griffins got super powers?
2. For his Low 2-C key it should be specified that its only through his inventions/time machine so people wont think Stewie is naturally that strong, like how we have it for Phineas, Ferb, Jimmy Neutron, etc.
3. Stewie should have BFR via his Multiverse Guide. He can travel to alternate universes virtually instantly and just leave them there. As well as cloning via his inventions.
Also, now that I remembered, Stewie should have a Tier 7 Feat via his inventions as well. There was an episode where he and a girl Penelope started causing Natural Disasters via their inventions which allowed them to destroy entire cities all over the globe, possibily countries too. I remember this one time specifically where they summoned a giant wave that destroyed a whole city instantly.
And doesnt he have a feat of making weather with a weather-making machine?
