Not every feat with a black hole is unquantifiable, just ones that involve destroying them with physical force or surviving inside them. Destroying them with mystical/telekinetic power is still a feat, as is outrunning them.

Alright, I'll remove the outrunning ones and see what people make of the rest

Creating them through non-physical means also does not count as an unquantifiable feat.

Black hole feats are not always unreliable in fiction. It's more about surviving them, which logically, a basic, 3-D being shoulsn't be able to do. Anyway...

The PS stats are less about the fact that it's a black hole, and more about the fact that it's 10^100 times as massive as a universe.

Captain Marvel's stats are based on the requirements to convert said black hole into energy, not for surviving it, or anything.

Don't know about the Rassilon feat.

The Kamisato star thing seems legit.

Black hole creation, as I said, is not in the same ballpark as surviving a "black hole", so many of those don't seem to be an issue.

Tanking black hole feats definitely need to be looked at, though escaping the event horizon of one via speed should likely still be legit.

Well shouldn't we have a set tier for black hole creation feats that aren't quantified? Meaning, unless this character says "This has the mass of ten suns!" we should just default it to a set tier?

We've been trying to go on a case by case basis for most things, I believe.

That's not easy at all, because it depends on the size of the black hole.
