I don't think this counts as a planet level feat. Unless I am mistaken, I believe that the g-Sophia used it's Gaia-system (which converts impacts from gravity or enemy attacks into energy and fuel) to absorb the energy out of the planet rather than simply blowing it all up like most other planet busters.
While this method did defeat planade-g, I am not sure that this would work on any other planet or anyone with planet level durability.
