That's tough. Seeing the stamina section on the bowling ball, it might be able to outlast Starfy. Otherwise this seems really equal.

Take my words with 3890348 grains of salt, however. I don't know much about the bowling ball.

Starfy has a "+" sign, so I'm guessing he has the edge in AP and Durability. Most of BB's null's seem to apply to Time manipulation, which is something Starfy doesn't really use. And how good is Bowling Ball's BFR? Teleports to another realm or just a different location? If it's the latter, it's not going to work. Starfy also has flight, after images, and projectiles in which he could just oneshot from a distance.

Voting for Starfy for those reasons.

It's the "another realm" kind of BFR.

In this case, it's not a stomp, but depends who hits first. Not sure what type of attack Starfy leads with, but if he leads with projectiles, he oneshots; if he leads with CQC, then BB BFR's. Though, the latter could be a draw if a punch happens the same instant as the BFR contact. Still leaning towards Starfy.
