Rage mode Vegeta didn't really do anything impressive aside from landing a superficial hit on an extremely casual Beerus, and things like the "10% of my power" thing are almost certainly just Beerus bullshitting him to try and draw out more of Vegeta's power (which didn't work, because he then effortlessly one-shot him), which he did multiple times with Goku in the same arc.

That said, yeah Gogeta pretty easily crushes everyone up to the beginning of Super, at which point he stops once he gets to SSG Goku.
