I guess it have some kind of limits.
SBSP toon force in most of feats can represent Sponge Bob as very weak or physically strong.
For instance, the several episodes had jokes based on the fact that Sponge Bob is so physically weak that can't lift even ear stick, and vice versa with jokes of 9-B~9-A but not much as high as uni level.

True but wouldn’t spongebob being weak be a gag though? Remeber when flaks was his bully but he did nothing while beating on him
