Spongebob universal upgrade? Light speed?

I feel like spongebob should be upgraded to universal with toon force

I guess it have some kind of limits.
SBSP toon force in most of feats can represent Sponge Bob as very weak or physically strong.
For instance, the several episodes had jokes based on the fact that Sponge Bob is so physically weak that can't lift even ear stick, and vice versa with jokes of 9-B~9-A but not much as high as uni level.

Some of characters basically have not enough, well, episodes.
Courage is as far as I remember 1~2 season.
Popey have a little amount of episodes.
But Sponge Bob have far more.

Technically spongebob by himself is a gag character so there's some kind of "limit" I guess.
