What about the at least 20 Alternate Realities referenced in the Comicbook ? Wouldn't that make it 2-C with the Magic Book ?

The reason they are even getting Low 2-C is because it can destroy " all of reality " . We know at least 20 Alternate Realities are a part of Spongebobverse. So... Destroying all of reality would include said universes .

I don't know anything about 20 alternate realities in the comics or if the comics are even canon.
However I'm fine with this. "Multi-Universe level (It was stated by Bubbles, the protector of the galaxy who's been observing the cosmos for thousands of years, that the book is capable of destroying all of reality. Of which there are multiple alternate universes and timelines within the Spongebob verse.)"

It's seems that instead of " Destroying " all of existence, the book presumably would erase it.

Out of curiosity, how strong is the Book's plot manip? Is it Monika levels of potent or does he need to write in it/is the power limited?

Also, can the book be used in battles? Example would Spongebob win vs Goku, Zeno, Superman, Alien X, Pennywise, etc, with the book?

He's never going to win against a legiatamate Tier 2 fighter. And not with a weapon whose full capabilities he's never ever had, never ever used, never ever would in character and probably doesn't even know the full capabilities of. It's like putting a toddler against Naruto characters because the toddler has a nuke he can't/won't use.
