We don't scale abilities, just because it is above the pencil, it doesn't mean it can do the same things.

The Book has no relation to the Pencil. We have no reason to assume the Book has all the Pencil's abilities.Bobsican said:

Basically, in-character, Spongebob loses because he does not use the paper and just gets overall outhaxed and overpowered by Star's regular spells; bloodlusted, Star just stops time obliterates him with her Low 2-C attacks before he even gets the chance to do anything significant.
