In seriousness: I don't see Spidey going sErIoUs mOdE before Bats just outsmarts him.

Gadgets that Spidey can't counter in time (especially up close for most): Shock Gloves, Freeze Grenades, Batsuit Taser, Bat Call (lmao bats eat spiders) Flashbangs, Stun Gun, Grappling Gun (Batman is basically Spiderman but better) Collapsable Bat Sword, Bat-Flamethrower, Goo Gun (Batman can stick Spidey to walls too!)

Most of those were jokes, but you get the point.

Spiderman does literally nothing but web around and abuse Range, and literally everything you said gets countered by Spider-Man's superior agility and mobility

And saying Grapple Gun>Spiderman is wrong on multiple levels

But those are all the things Spider Man encounters in the game, and if there is a no-hit speed run that exist of the gameplay, Spider-Man just countered everything you just said Batman had an advantage over Spider-Man

Spider-Man mostly fights goons, he's never fought someone as skilled as Batman in the game.

Spiderman has precog so any chances of Batman getting the drop of him even with equipment is null. All Spiderman needs to do is shoot a building-sized amount of web at batman and call it a day, he is not breaking free from that.
 
I'm going with Spidey.

Spidey's precog means that a lot of Bat's tricks are going to be avoided or have their effectiveness dampened. It also doesn't help that a lot of Batman's equipment are things that Spidey deals with all the time: projectiles, bombs, flashbangs, etc.

In return, a lot of Spider-man's equipment is really effective for this kind of match. His basic webshooters allow him to deal with batarangs by shooting them out of the air or smother explosives by webbing them, if he doesn't just throw them back. He's got also web-bombs, electro-webbing, impact webbing, spider-drones, concussive blasts, trip mines and the suspension matrix. While none of the this stuff will drop the Bat easily or something that Batman can eventually get out of, they will leave him open for Spidey to get free hits without much worry for retaliation.

Spidey is also more agile and mobile. He can stick to walls, he can use weblines to pull himself towards things or things towards him, and he can redirect himself in midair for dodging.

Spider-man's healing factor and sheer endurance also mean that he'll shake off damage that just much better than Batman in the long and short term. In addition, if Spidey ever gets a webline on Bats, he can just yank and toss him around as he's quite a bit stronger.

In conclusion, while nothing Spider-man has are massive game changers are their own, all those little things add up.

6 for Spidey, and I suspect Aguila was also voting but did not say so for certain (if that was a vote, then Grace has been up for about 7 hours)

And Celstial, no? They're relatively equal in AP, he can't one shot.
