Spider-Man (MCU) vs The Meta (RvB)

Continuation of this Thread.

As Peter watched this Quentin's lifeless body hit the ground, he immediately shot some webs towards the EDITH Glasses before this new villain could use them to cause more chaos than Beck has already started. Unfortunately, his web was blocked by three Hardlight Panels that appeared in front of his target. As the Meta turned towards Peter, he hid the glasses in his suit of armor so they couldn't be stolen so easily but not before the A.I. could pilfer any information they could get on this new opponent. As they do so, they then instruct Maine to attack Spider-Man so they can steal his technology to add to their own. As he readies his weapon, Peter prepares for what could possibly be one of the hardest fights of life.

TL;DR Post-Sigma Maine and Mysterio Fight Spidey are being used, Speed Equalized and the fight takes place where Mysterio fought Spider-Man. The Meta has Prior Knowledge on everything Peter can do aside from his Mysterio Fight Suit since it was just made and Peter has Prior Knowledge on The Meta's Strength and Bubble Shield. EDITH is Restricted.

Meta seems to have a 2x AP advantage over Peter since he upscales a 0.9 ton feat while Peter scales to 0.5 tons, I don't really know the Metas fighting style apart from that one Death Battle episode he was in but I'd imagine that if he tried to Bubble Shield and shoot Peter it wouldn't work as assuming speed is equalised spider sense should beat out his arsenal quite easily. There's nothing much that Spidey can do against Time Stop doe, unless the Meta actually slows time instead of stopping it outright because if that's the case Peter could possibly use the same Instinctive Reaction he used against Strange in NWH, still that's only if it's time slow. The most likely way I see Peter winning is via incap by webbing up the Meta, apart from that I'm leaning towards the Meta winning or inconclusive.
 
I feel like Meta should generally take this given how often he used his time distortion unit when he actually had it plus his overall AP advantage. IIRC, he only had around 3 fights and he used it two times to get out of situations he couldn't handle.

Spidey could try and exploit his affinity for melee. With his spider-sense, he'd be able to easily keep up and eventually beat him or use his webs to restrain him and just pummel him, but in both cases, Meta would try and time stop because he already knows what Peter can do and what his equipment can do. IDK if he'd specifically know he can move in slowed time though given how that isn't something really attached to a suit, I'm assuming he would know that because of prior knowledge. At worst it's a 50/50 chance for Meta if he uses time slow or time stop and with full knowledge, he'd just use time stop.

An explosion rings out as Spider-Man gets sent flying into a pile of rubble. He groans in pain and slowly stands back up as The Meta approaches him. He makes one last ditch effort to try and web him up so he can at least take EDITH back and retreat but just as the web is an inch in front of Meta's helmet, everything suddenly comes to a halt, then he side steps the web and continues on his path. Just as time resumes the Meta raises his Brute Shot and impales Peter through the chest, causing him to gasp in audible pain and disbelief. Sigma then appears and says "Don't worry, your technology will be put to better use for our own cause" as Maine then tears the blade up and out of Peter's Chest, slashing his throat in the process. As the Meta begins stripping Peter's body of his technology to add to his own suit, Peter's last thoughts were him apologizing to everyone he failed with his last sight being the Meta pointing his Magnum towards his head, ending with a loud bang.

Looking at this match-up again, MCU Spider-Man is actually stronger than he used to be, now scaling to 0.9 tons, along with his LS, normally and with webs, being far superior to the Metas. Also about the Metas time stop, Spidey was able to sense the evil intent in the Green Goblin, so he'd likely be able to sense how dangerous the Meta is and would immediately go for incap.

The Meta One-Shot a guy who scales to a similar level of durability and that's absolutely not how his Spider-Sense works, it doesn't tell him how dangerous or what kind of danger his opponent is, it just tells him when he's about to be attacked.
