Speed of Electro's lightning

So according to handbooks it travels at 1100 feet per second (335.28 m/s).

"The simplest is the emission of a lightning-like electric arc from his fingertips, which can propagate through air or other conducting mediums. This discharge, whose total voltage can be regulated within certain limits, travels at the speed of lightning about 1100 feet per second."

As you can understand, Electro's attack speed no longer is MHS+ but just Transonic. Therefore, we need to recalc several dozens feats where was used speed value 440000 m/s, like these.

There are so many wrong things in that statement. One being that that's the speed of thunder and not lightning. It's likely that the writer got confused between the two.
