Okuyasu is bloodlusted (he thinks that Bruno killed his brother). Bruno's in character. Kinda need to balance this out as Okuyasu's...really stupid lol.

Okuyasu, while bloodlusted, is still kinda dumb.

Bruno's best chance would be to get close to Okuyasu and to Zipper his neck or something.

Okuyasu is really stupip and bruno is really smart with a lot of experience. I think bruno can trick okuyasu and win, just like josuke and akira.

I feel like Bruno takes this rather handily. While Okuyasu being bloodlusted definitely makes him way more dangerous as seen against RHCP, he himself is still The Hand's biggest weakness. Bruno's got to be one of the smartest, in terms of how he uses his Stand.
