Sora(Kingdom Hearts) Travel Speed?

Hiya again, I'm sorta a Sora fan, but I've been stuck on his travel speed(not reaction) for awhile. Maybe I missed something? But the calc on his page that scales him to FTL+ simply says that Ventus reacted to Stitch's cruiser, would this merely be a reaction speed feat? Should he be placed at HS+ in travel for now? Because in a description of Dream Drop Distance, it says Dream Eaters are capable of outspeeding lightning, "leaving it in the dust" implying they can do it casually, when Sora can outspeed them himself.

Sorry, I just am wondering, I am new so if there is anything I might have messed up on, feel free to correct me.

He reacts to it, but he also performs short-range movement (Putting his arms up and getting into a crouching position) during the scene. Plus, even if they were just reactions, Ventus has gotten blitzed before (Master Xehanort grabbing his head from behind).

Ah, okay, this seems to have cleared things up, it was just sorta bothering me on how it only distinguished his reaction speed, that was one key factor I forgot about.
