There is no match if Sonic doesn't have a wincon against Madoka.

Well, yes. At least something to indicate that Madoka's Purification can work on non magic beings.

That's generally not how it works, unless there is a reason to assume certain abilities only work on certain classifications of enemies. Robotic physiology doesn't separate from magic robots and secular ones (especially since in Sonic both exist and in Madoka, magic is just another part of the sciences) so there is no grounds to somehow separate them.
My rhetorical question about Sonic affecting magical girls for example, is just as legitimate.

If I can figure out how to make a reasonable argument. If this is the case, Robots can be Manipulated with "Life Force Manipulation".

The moment you affect a robot's 'mind' or inflict 'death' then it becomes obvious that the ability is talking about the abstract idea of it. I mean, the idea of life-force doesn't even inheritly exist.

cause ive always believed that Madoka was transcending far more than just the 3D plane.
