So in reality this is another Sonic vs Goku mismatch. One stomps the other whether speed is unequal or not. In short Sonic v Goku is not a good match up since no matter how it's cut Goku either slaps or Sonic ooc haxes.

Goku wins via skill and AP. If you've read Sonic the Comic, you would know that Sonic's intangibility is extremely limited in terms of how long it last and its combat application.

He's only ever used matter hax to vibrate the air to make shields. Nothing more even against stronger opponents. Saying he would matter hax Goku directly is extremely OoC.

Goku wins low-diff.
