So Time Eater affected multiple time lines instead of just the one. That's pretty legit. Does Solaris also scale to that? I don't remember exactly what he threatened outside of destroying time.
 
Yes. Solaris would consume all of time, including all existing timelines and dimensions.

There are 15 timelines in Generations with each stage being in a different point in time.

Time Eater created White-Time Space that contains many dimensions also his Lair which also contains dimensions.
