Son Goku's Speed Revision in Dragon Ball Z

After King Kai's training casually dodged and blitzedNappa), higher with Kaio-ken (Even higher with Kaio-ken x4) | Relativistic (Faster than his Saiyan Saga Kaio-ken x4 form), higher with Kaio-ken. At least Relativistic post-Zenkai (Casually deflected Final Form Frieza's Death Beams, which should be faster than his First Form Supernova), up to FTL with Kaio-ken, FTL+ with Super Saiyan (Faster than 100% Frieza) | FTL+, at least FTL+ as a Full Power Super Saiyan (Can fight toe to toe with Perfect Cell) | FTL+, at least FTL+ in Super Saiyan Forms (Should be comparable to Kid Buu as a Super Saiyan 3)

According to Goku's profile, he jumped from Relativistic to FTL with Kaio-ken, but his profile didn't mention which version of Kaio-ken he used, unless we go by Frieza's profile that Goku became FTL after using Kaio-ken x20.

1) Why is Base Goku from Frieza Saga being scaled off to Raditz? Wouldn't he be Relativistic+ instead since he arrived to Frieza's location from the opposite side of the planet in a matter of seconds from the above manga scans?

2) Why doesn't Kaio-ken x10 Goku has speed scaling since he clearly used it during his fight against Frieza from the above manga scan in colors? I'm assuming Goku would than be exactly speed of light at that point?

It's not jumping at all actually. Like I said before, these estimates are low balls in the face of a lack of feats. We know he's much faster than that. Ugh.

Except for Goku being on the other side of the planet when he awaken from the capsule before meeting up with Frieza on Namek. Why would something that is written on the manga be a false information?

Yeah. I mean, in hindsight, not really that ridiculous, but it doesn't make sense given where Frieza's ship was, how long it took Krillin and the others to fly across the planet (which could be ignored, considering that they should be able to travel at Relativistic speeds anyway, dodging, outrunning shit like this).

Goku circling Namek was already debunked, you can see in previous chapters that they weren't that far from the ship, Goku even said after fully recover that they are nearby.
