Also with verse equilization, Ben still will have mana (as all living beings have mana in Ben 10) and I don't think that it's nature is similar to ki (ki is spirtual in nature while mana is magical)

Are u voting Goku then? He mostly likely will will lose before he could even transform since he don't know about instant transmission and we saw in Alien force that Ben choose to slam Omnitrix even when he don't have to go transform which will slowdown his transformation speed.

In DB Goku is not really the character I like since he's most used card in DB regardless of diversity in characters they have (krillin, jiren, and all), there's not much about Goku aside from him wanting to become strong and strong and fight. Krillin is mostly the character I like from DB, since he's the character one could compare with, completely normal, hate that they didn't go over solo for him also that his wife.
