And unlike the Yun-Seong feat, the lightning doesn't just come down for a show-off/special effect. It comes down to actually attack the opponent.

If you go frame by frame the lightning is instantaneous, can't really be calced

You're definitely not going MHS as default for dodging cloud to ground lightning, even if it's viable the default assumption for that isn't even Transonic

In-game dodges and parries won't be counted as feats, since the speed of the projectiles and the distances from which characters are able to react are dictated by game mechanics, not lore.
Her lightnings are a result of her connection to the Olympian Gods, they are fundamentally magic in nature.
It is better show in her Critical Edge.

They cant be similar in speed all, but have different AP/dura, makes no sense scaling wise, unless its made obvious or pointed to be all scaling even weaker characters
