While it's not cannon, Fate/kaleid had made me see something.

Angelica Ainsworth stated that magus can use prana, and that prana is someone's life force:

She then mentioned that Magus can turn life energy into energy. Something similar to Servants:

That is through their own body, but won't that apply to outside? I mean, if Magus can convert their life force into prana, can't they convert it too from other people's pseudo-nervous system (Or life force)? And if that is agreed on, won't that mean that Magus should have Soul Manipulation?

That's not how prana works. Prana is processed magical energy, either from mana (energy from the planet) or od (energy from the body). Magic Circuits are contained in the soul and passively generate od from the soul, but using them doesn't suddenly mean they can manipulate other people's souls. It's just how the magic system works.

What you're implying is like saying that just because I can use my own lungs to breathe, means I can also somehow manipulate other people's lungs.
