Isn't the premise of this sort of... flawed? Like there's not gonna be most powers that can affect up. A 7-C with huge Reality Warp probably isn't going to affect a 1-B. That's what this is, yeah? A 1-B vs a bunch of low-tier enemies it should by all rights be infinitely above. Eh. Oh well.

It's not a 1-B, it still resides in 3D space, but it has 1-B essence and huge resistances.
Basically the requirement for killing it is being granted sufficient 1-B+ haxx from a higher being.

Reality Warping, Death Manipulation, Probability Manipulation, Mind Manipulation, and Memory Manipulation are all resisted by 682. Causality Manipulation is useless since 682 is acausal. Fate Manipulation's the interesting one here, I don't remember 682 explicitly facing Fate Manipulation before. Sure 682's Acausal, but that doesn't really help him from having his future altered through Fate Manipulation.TheSandman31 said:

If those are the restrictions, then there's literally no one who can kill 682. They need 1-B hax at the very least to put him down, but you're saying 1-B hax still counts as above 2-A

Her fate manip is borderline 1-A, when Jill changed Mazikeen's face, even Lucifer said that it was almost indelible and it would take an enormous amount of power to change it back . Which is why he refuse Mazikeens request that time and only restored her face at the end of the series
