Last I checked the strongest in dragon ball is 2C and there are four as far I remember, zeno, goku, kefla and zumasu, rigth? I am missing any other ones or heck even from gt or the games too?

Low 2-C Goku, Jiren, zamasu, Kefla most of the gods and all of the angels.
