Hmmmm.... If i'm seeing this correctly Kagutsuchi and Vecna should be around the same level with AP with Kagutsuchi lasting longer since fightning against infinite 2-As dosen't take a large portion of his power (unless we're talking MP i guess) so if Vecna dosen't kill him with his mid-godly nulling regen then and runs out of power then Kagutsuchi is free to attack him until he dies. But Kagutsuchi only has mid godly in which Vecna is high godly in which he could possibly come back at full power and do it over again until Kagu dies which i'm honestly not sure of. Either Vecna wins via superior Regenerationn or its a draw if neither of them can kill each other.
