Hmmm. Well Dante seems to have highly superior Ap to Megaman, but Megaman has concept manipulation. If they are the same speed, I can see it going either way, unless Dante has a resistance to Conceptual manipulation.

Judging from the comic scans, Mega Man does have to charge it up before he can fire. I don't see him being able to pull it off before Dante does literally anything.

Well then. Mega man can charge up his conceptual manip instantaneously. And Dante is also capable of pulling out his pistol and shooting Megaman, or just hitting him with his sword. It seems like it could go either way.

But yeah, I misread that, and since Megaman has to charge to use his hax, then Dante would win, in my opinion.

This is an awesome matchup, I'm gonna lean on Dante for this one. If Mega Man needs to charge up even slightly for his hax to work Dante just does his and its GG.

It seems not.

Dante: 7

Mega Man: 0

Incon: 0

This can be added now!

Dante have some way to bypass normal and special defenses fo Megaman, also have ways to debuff, buff and 1 (iirc) attack that no mather what, never misses.

Ummm, is this even fair to begin with? Didn't SMT characters nulls everything their opponent has if they are the weaker one?

Thing is 2-A is so haxed that AP is often irrelevant. Hax always tends to be the deciding factor in 2-A fights. You could be infinitely above baseline but still get haxstomped by a baseline 2-A if you have no hax, especially if the baseline has Godly regen so simply punching them is useless.
