So a minor ability but I believe an obvious one for Salem, Social Influencing. Throughout the show, the one thing that's always been said about Salem is that she's a master manipulator, able to divide humanity and pit them against each other. Not only is her existence something that can cause those to give up against her, such as Raven who fled, or Lionheart who eventually joined, we saw that her mere presence in Atlas through usage of Seer Grimm was enough to divide Ironwood and Ruby's group against each other.
Of course, she's not only good at dividing people but also recruiting them. Besides Lionheart who she used his fear of her, one notable example is Hazel, someone who hated her and wanted revenge for his sister's death. But she was not only able to show him how pointless it was to fight her, but also have him, someone who dislikes needless violence, join her inner circle and point his anger towards Ozpin.
Even before she became the master of the Grimm, we saw instances of Social Influence from her in The Lost Fable. She was able to convince the God of Darkness to revive Ozma after he died, even though such a thing as resurrection was something he was forbidden to do due to the rules set between him and his brother. Later after being cursed with immortality, she used it as a tool to convince the various kingdoms and eventually the rest of humanity to join her and march against the Gods themselves.
