Small MLP upgrades

So nothing major this time but I wanted to suggest something Darkanine a few months ago calced Rarity's feat from the S3 finale at small city level and practically everyone relevant scales to her so I was wondering has the calc been checked yet and if so can we upgrade the MLP cast to small city level?

I've also been waiting for us to apply this. It scales to most relevant characters, and also Rainbow Dash should be moved back to her 7-A status, I dunno why she was downgraded when it was an accepted calc. In addition, I dunno who the Rainbow feat scales to, but I'm thinking off the top of my head Twilight, Sunset, Pre-Finale Starlight, Pinkie and Maud.
