@OP Agreed. On another note, she should have Theme Song added to her profile since she uses it for her Kurokami Phantom Proper Version.

Another thing, do we know whether Medaka's Bookmaker brings things down to Kumagawa's level, or her own?

We don't ever know. We actually don't know quite a few relatively important things about her copied abilities. Can she reflect attacks 20% stronger and faster than Encounter normally can? Hell, can she reflect 5-C attacks since that's her dura? Can she move 20% faster than the speed of light with Theme Song? Is her All-Fiction resurrection always on, or is it always off like her other passives?
