Shouldnt King Kai have the Kaioken listed? I mean, its HIS technique, HE taught it to Goku, so logically speaking he must be able to use it even if we have never seen him using it.

Any thoughts?

I agree. It makes no sense for KingKai to not have what was proposed when he taught them to Goku.
