Basically, there can be various degrees of Immortality Type 2, as characters could survive lethal wounds but being killed by more severe ones and usually they die after the complete annihilation of their body.
That said, I think the page should contain this additional sentence under the description of type 2 and would look like this:
(Thanks to ElixirBlue and AKM Sama for suggestions and improvements of the text)

Characters with this degree of immortality can indefinitely survive injuries that would otherwise be lethal to a normal person, without needing to heal. This type of immortality can have different levels of effectiveness and can be bypassed, for example, by causing extremely severe wounds or complete destruction of the body or specific parts of it, such as the head, etc.

Yeha many characters can survive all their organs destroyed so long as the brain is fine, while others can walk and talk with a giant sword through their head, is a case hy case and should be noted.

2: Resilient Immortality: Characters with this degree of immortality can indefinitely survive injuries that would otherwise be lethal to a normal person, without needing to heal. It should be noted that this type of immortality can have different levels of effectiveness, as its users may survive injuries that would otherwise be lethal, but still be killed by extremely severe wounds and the complete destruction of the body or specific parts of it, such as the head.

Structured like this?

Or...

Characters with this degree of immortality can indefinitely survive injuries that would otherwise be lethal to a normal person, without needing to heal. This type of immortality can have different levels of effectiveness, as its users may survive injuries that would otherwise be lethal, but still be killed by extremely severe wounds and the complete destruction of the body or specific parts of it, such as the head.

Take the "It should be noted that" part out?

Well, if you are interested in some rewording-

Characters with this degree of immortality can indefinitely survive injuries that would otherwise be lethal to a normal person, without needing to heal. This type of immortality can have different levels of effectiveness, as its users may survive injuries that would otherwise be lethal, but still be killed by extremely severe wounds and the complete destruction of the body or specific parts of it, such as the head.

Double wording

Restructuring-

Characters with this degree of immortality can indefinitely survive injuries that would otherwise be lethal to a normal person, without needing to heal. This type of immortality can have different levels of effectiveness but can still be killed by extremely severe wounds and the complete destruction of the body or specific parts of it, such as the head.

Yeah, I'm also agree.
There's certain degree of what different character can survive.
A characters that can be killed only by fully destruction(Kirby I think goes for that example) and a characters that have an organ or something from which the live of character is still dependant(Raz and Dio for instance can live without body but if their brain got a damage they're will die).

@Elixir I noticed it but I was worried that it wouldn't have been clear enough, but I think it can work even like this. Thx again.

I made some changes to the text.

This type of immortality can have different levels of effectiveness and can be bypassed, for example, by causing extremely severe wounds or complete destruction of the body or specific parts of it, such as the head, etc.

Right, the subject got lost in the process, I re-updated the op with your suggestion. I guess it can be added, now?
