Slight Sailor Moon Speed Change

I decided to calculate the feats these are scaled off of. I got 6c and 4079c respectively. This would change her Pre-Serenity (first key) speed to:

"FTL, likely Massively FTL+ (Faster than Pre-Henshin Minako, likely faster than Civilian Form Hotaru)"

I wouldn't really call it a "free action" if it's over an extended period of time. ''Maybe'' for the shorter one?

Well, we don't have a rule or a standard regarding it so I don't know. But since everyone is okay with it, I guess it's fine.

Well if i'm not mistaken Minako/Sailor Venus's feat is from Codename: Sailor V, wich is a prequel to Sailor Moon so her feat would scale to everyone since the first arc of Sailor moon, i think. I'm not sure about the hotaru one since she is in her civilian form but the feat happens in the last arc of the manga.

Wouldn't this mean the timeframe is actually shorter, if they're talking at "instant" speed?

It's for things like this, which is where my confusion comes from as clearly they are doing things a lot faster than depicted.

Don't know. They're listed as having beaten Sailor Moon, but their stats are still "Unknown." Not sure if there was a reason for that or not.
