-Hitsugaya is able to no sell direct strikes from Cang Du, additionally Hitsugaya also takes no damage after blocking Cang charging at him.
-Furthermore when we return to the fight, Hitsugaya is shown to have picked up injuries he didn't have, implying that Cang had hit Toshiro offscreen and his attacks were barely capable of lightly bruising Toshiro
-Hitsugaya is capable of easily parrying away Cang's attacks, actually gaining the upper hand in their initial exchange
-When Toshiro freezes his arm, Cang doesn't break it himself, rather relying on Toshiro to do the necessary striking force to break it while protecting himself with the iron (Admitedly this is a bit iffy and is more so loose supporting evidence)
-Cang found Toshiro to be troublesome enough that he's pushed towards utilizing Daiguren Hyourinmaru against him, though I wouldn't make any claims of Toshiro actually scaling to the potency of his bankai given that is all offscreen.
As such I believe it is only logical for Hitsugaya's post-timeskip key in base to be upgraded to Large Country level+ (443.5 Terratons) by rivalling base Cang Du
Why aren't I waiting for the cour 3 revisions for this? Cang and Toshiro's scaling here is so utterly self-contained this doesn't affect any other profile we have, so I feel it woud be a waste of time to wait till the cour 3 revisions.
