TL;DR the Absolver's Tier 2 needs to go as it's being reclassified as Environmental Destruction exclusive to Arcell. The only page affected by this is the Absolver. Not gonna type up a big thread just for him.

The reason, for anyone who is interested, is that Arcell can break the barriers between dimensions, allowing the Fold to expand and consume realities over time. While this makes the Fold 2-C by consuming realities, destroying a dimensional wall is an unquantifiable feat. And Absolver scales to that.
