SkyNet (Terminator) vs Codename N2 (Nier: Automata)

Machine Network malfunctioned and sent Codename N2 (Red Girls) program into parallel verse. N2 managed to hacked into one of the SkyNet factories and utilizing its full knowledge wanted to start new Machine War. SkyNet detected interference in its own network and cut all connections with infected factory sending Terminator detachment with heavy weapons to deal with intruder. Both combatants has no knowledge of each other (aside the initial info that N2 managed to get from the factory). SkyNet logistics was compromised by Resistance and it would take full month for its forces to reach hacked factory. N2 thinks that Humanity is much better opponent (because they managed to create Android forces in other timeline) and wants to destroy SkyNet to utilize humans for its own evolution.
Let's assume that it is Composite SkyNet (with all its assets) and entire Earth is battlefield. Who will win in this encounter?
