Sinestro can contain and control Parallax, who is the living embodiment of fear itself.

"lol Mindhax" when he can take constant mental assaults from Parallax isn't such a clearcut argument.

Edit: For reference, Parallax can scare the ever loving daylights out of The Spectre, put that into perspective.

Yep. He's the avatar of the Yellow Emotional Spectrum, being an entity composed of fear itself.

As I mentioned earlier, even The Spectre can be affected by Parallax's ability to produce fear and paranoia.

I honestly don't know. I'm not a comic expert, I just remember what I've read. Also, Sinestro struck fear into Parallax even while badly wounded by Hal Jordan.
