Hoo boy, alright, let's get to this.

AP - Very obvious, 567 >> 90.13 Exatons, giving Omni Man a 6.290913125x advantage. Bordering on one-shotting; the first couple punches are going to rock Superman's shit if he lets it.

LS - Omni Man restrains one-handed here.

P/A - Superman gets a major point here; all of his different types of senses, his abilities such as Heat Vision and Freeze Breath, combined with different types of amps (Probably only going to be useful for speed, he's not closing that AP gap anytime soon). Although skill likely edges out in Omni Man's favor, though Superman isn't too far behind thanks to Granny Goodness' training.

Alright, so, this match-up is closer than one might think at first-glance. Omni Man holds a very decisive strength advantage here, and the fact that Superman can at least take one hit is going to be what mostly saves him here.
Despite Nolan's overwhelming strength, Clarks abilities actually bypass Nolan's resistances; Clark can submerge himself in a star and be fine, Omni Man would burn away. Someone with Heat Vision as strong as Clark's own was able to hurt him. Nolan has also never dealt with anything as cold as Clark's arctic breath.

Honestly? I feel like Superman might take it here. Sure, he might fly in and try physicals first, but after Omni Man rocks his shit he's going to be playing this a lot safer; utilizing moves that are no way OOC; Heat Vision to fry and slow down Omni Man, freeze breath for a temporary stun, though Omni Man isn't exactly a slouch either, he doesn't have nearly as much sensory abilities as Supes. X-Ray Vision and Super Hearing let him not only evade but find Omni Man, and it's only a matter of time before the Last Son of Krypton fries the cape off this megalomaniac impostor.

To also add on Superman has Sound Manipulation to disrupt Omni-Man's abilites, gonna count this as a vote, and also gonna vote supes

Well since speed is equalized and Omni man slightly outskills and he only needs 2 hits to win
I am voting daddy doofus's red assed cousin

Nolan only needs a few hits to win and is almost certain to get at least one in given each other's standard tactics, but Clark can also obliterate with his abilities once he gets wise. So really it comes down to how badly Omni-Man rocks Superman's shit with that first hit. Since it could feasibly go either way and I don't see much difference in the odds, I'm going with incon

Ah even if Superman gets some votes its prob not gonna be enough to push it in his favor to change it from incon
Changing to Incon
