Simple question: Is cosmic armor superman really superman or is that another person?

Hello everyone I'm currently arguing with someone in youtube comments. He says "the stronguest version of Superman is cosmic armor Superman", I told him cosmic armor Superman is just a robot and not the real Superman. But he insists more and more, and he keep saying this robot is the strongest version of superman ever.

So my question is simple: can we treat them as two different people?

I'd say yes because even spiderman's clones who have the exact same powers and memories of the real one are traited as different than the original. But I'd like to hear your opinion.

Yes, Cosmic Armor Superman is not a real version of Superman, just a robot built in his image (And given his consciousness during the battle with Mandrakk IIRC).
