Simba vs. Lion

I'd say Simba because not only is he somehow more powerful than the average lion, but he also has more intelligence going for him.
 
Simba was strong enough to take on numerous hyenas, as well as multiple lionesses in the sequel. Depending on the individual lion Simba's fighting, I think Simba has the experience and strength to win with great difficulty.
